Elizabeth Grady skin care salons engaged CM Communications to provide public relations support for its in-house marketing department. Our Public Relations campaign served three objectives: 1) promote a new sunblock product; 2) introduce the concept of Mother’s Day facials; and 3) raise visibility within the business community to attract prospective franchisees. In just a three-month period, CM successfully secured major media coverage on the front page of the Boston Sunday Globe business section, an endorsement in the Boston Sunday Globe Magazine and multiple editorial placements in community newspapers region wide. This heightened visibility resulted in generating brisk activity at the salons as well as in attracting valuable corporate franchise leads.
