Comprised of five skilled nursing centers, an adult day health care facility and iEldersFirst, a geriatric health care consulting service, The Diocesan Health Facilities of southeastern Massachusetts tapped CM Communications for integrated marketing consulting and creative services to improve internal and external communications.  Over an 18 month period, the agency revamped the organization's visual identity and brand messaging, designed and launched a new website, created a newspaper ad campaign, initiated PPC advertising, trained staff in social media marketing best practices, and initiated email marketing efforts with the conversion of their quarterly newsletter from print to digital.  Subsequently, many families of residents are flocking to Facebook to stay connected with their loved ones and keep apprised of their activities.

In addition, social media outlets and the new email newsletter offer valuable insight and information on multiple healthcare topics including rehabilitation services, Alzheimer's care, and geriatric health concerns.  Just recently, due to increased demand, the Diocesan Health Facilities expanded the client capacity of EldersFirst by hiring a new geriatric care consultant.
