Seeking to boost their profiles among potential patients, referrers and health care professionals, Braintree and New England Rehabilitation Hospitals - sister facilities under the Five Star Quality Care umbrella - tapped CM Communications to create a public relations campaign to help differentiate the hospitals from their competitors. Following an intensive discovery process to pinpoint the hospitals’ unique selling propositions, CM designed a healthcare PR program targeting core constituencies.
