Encore Hospitality Group comprises three distinct restaurant concepts: Finale Desserterie, with two locations in Boston, and the American Brasserie Red Stripe and upscale Mills Tavern, both in Providence. Serving as Encore’s “adjunct marketing department,” CM Communications develops and executes master communications and marketing plans for each restaurant.  Working as an integral part of the Encore team, our efforts include the oversight and implementation of ongoing PR programs, advertising placements, social media marketing, website development, email communications and special promotions to build brand awareness and drive revenue. Most noteworthy is the agency’s repositioning of Finale Desserterie from a “special occasion place to get fancy desserts” to a more casual and frequent dining destination. Brand repositioning strategies have included the redesign of the restaurant’s logo and graphic identity, along with the introduction of a new tagline. Brand messaging, conveying a younger and more welcoming tone, was crafted and incorporated into all internal and external communications.  Currently, Finale is in the midst of a renovation that was inspired and is reflective of CM Communications’ creative vision and direction for the brand.
