Linchris Hotel Corporation, a hotel management company located in Hanover, MA, today announced the acquisition of Hotel Providence in Providence, RI, for an undisclosed amount. The new ownership represents an exciting new chapter for this 80-room historic, luxury boutique hotel, originally built in 1882 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In January, detailed plans for a new restaurant will be revealed with a grand opening planned for later in the month.
